How to be slim: Part 1 – Myth nr 1: My metabolism has to be low.

-In the upcoming posts I am going to tell you how to be slim, and kill a couple of myths while Im at it 😉

Myth nr 1:

-This is something I was sure was correct in my case. I have friends that can eat whatever they want without gaining any weight. Me, I can gain a stone just by looking at a chocolate. I was sure I was one of the unlucky few with an extremly low metabolism. -Well, that was what I was telling myself…

-If you have been to the doctor and everything is a-ok, as it was in my case, this is:

-WRONG.

-Recently there was a huge study in England where the scientists studied what people ate. Thick and thin. We all have that friend who can eat what ever he or she likes without putting on any weight, so the scientists used friends like that to find answers.

-The friends in the study drank a fluid that registered everything they ate and drank 24/7. The fluid «spied» on them from the inside so cheating was not possible 🙂

The results were unanimously:

-If you are thin you eat less calories than you need, and if you are overweight, you eat more than you need.

-So the soulution is easy:

-If you want to be thin there is only one thing to do:
