-So, now we know that we can’t blame our metabolism.
-What shoud we eat?
-What foods make us feel fuller for longer so we eat less calories in a day?
-The scientists gave one group of people carbohydrate, one group fatty foods and one group protein.
-Each group were given the same portion size.
-After two hours, carbohydrates were starting to get hungry and fatty foods could definitely eat something.
-Protein were still stuffed 😀
-After four hours the testsubjects were served pizza.
-They were served the same portion size.
-The plates were wighed before and after the meal.
-The results were clear as day.
-Protein makes us feel fuller for longer.

-Protein first place 😀
-Carbohydrates came in on second place,
and fatty foods in third place.
-So in conclusion:
-Eat a lean protein meal to keep you feeling full for longer.
-Learn to love lean meat.
