Myth nr 2: Dairy products makes us fat.
-When we go on a diet usally the first thing we do, is cut down on the dairy products because they make us fat.
-In Denmark the scientists found stunning results when it came to dairy products.
The question was: Can dairy help you absorb less fat?
-They analyzed a group of people.
-One week the group was on a diet high in dairy calsium. They ate plenty og milk, cheese and yougert.
-The second week they ate a diet low in dairy calsium.
-Both diets had the same amount of calories and the same fat content.
-The results were mindblowing! 😀
-People excreted 100 % more fat on the on a high dairy calsium diet,
than on the low dairy calsium diet.
-The calsium in dairy products actually binds to the fat! 😀
-When it reaches the small intestens it forms a soap like substance wich we find difficult to absorbe.
-This means that insted of the fat ending up on your waistline,
its excreted in the feces! 😀
-So what have we learned?
-The calsium in dairy products helps us get rid of fat, so by choosing a low fat, high calsium content in your diet, you will loose more weight 🙂
