-Does portion size affect how much we eat?

-The scientists rented a cinema and gave a group of people different sizes of popcorn to see if portion size actually matters.

-They wanted to find out if we actually eat more if we are served more, and the results were clear.

-Yes we do.

-The more food is on the plate, the more we eat.

-We can actually eat up to 45% more if we use big portion sizes.
