-Does it help to track what we eat?
-The scientists held a grand dinner.
The testsubjects were served chicken-clubs.
-One group of people had waiters who cleared the remains of the chicken as the people ate.
-The other group did not have waiters, so they saw what they had eaten.
-The two groups had no idea what the scientists were recherching.
-The results were clear:
-We eat less if we can see what we have eaten.
-So, if we want to loose weight,
keeping a diary of what you eat, will help you eat less 🙂
